Key Responsibilities:

  • Own top-of-funnel conversion on social media turning engaged followers, comments, and DMs into qualified strategy call bookings
  • Manage all inbound conversations, including ManyChat automation handoffs, with response times that maximize booking rates
  • Consistently book a high volume of qualified calls weekly; compensation scales directly with calls booked and closed
  • Lead strategy calls, enrolling qualified women into the Thrive Through Cancer 1:1 coaching program
  • Own the full follow-up sequence for every prospect, across email and DM, driving each conversation to a clear decision
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data on every lead, call, and outcome, and report weekly on booking rate, show rate, and close rate
  • Onboard new clients seamlessly
  • Uphold the Pivot Health Wellness brand voice in every touchpoint: clinically confident, radically honest, warm and empathetic but grounded

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Who We're Looking For:

  • Required Experience & Skills:
    • Proven high-ticket sales experience (programs or services $3,000+), with verifiable close rates 
    • Demonstrated success selling in health, wellness, coaching, or another trust-based, emotionally sensitive market
    • Fluency in social selling: you know how to move a conversation from a comment or DM to a booked call without being spammy or scripted
    • Exceptional written communication: most of your selling happens in DMs and follow-up emails before a prospect ever hears your voice
    • Experience managing a pipeline end-to-end with disciplined tracking and follow-up; you never let a lead go cold by accident
    • Comfortable with our tech stack or able to master it quickly: Kajabi, ManyChat, DocuSign, Calendly, Google Workspace
  • Who You Are: 
    • Deeply empathetic without losing the ability to ask for the sale: you can hold space for a woman's fear and still guide her to a decision
    • Coachable and process-driven
    • Self-managed and reliable in a fully remote role
    • High integrity around a vulnerable population: you will never pressure, manipulate, or oversell to a woman navigating cancer
    • Resilient and consistent: you understand sales is a volume and follow-up game, and you don't need external motivation to do the work
  • Bonus Points: 
    • Background in healthcare, oncology, nutrition, or as a cancer survivor/caregiver yourself
    • Experience selling for a solo founder or small coaching business where you owned the full funnel

With over 12 years of clinical oncology experience as a physician associate and registered dietitian, Nicole built this program to fill the gap every survivor faces: being sent home with no plan. Demand for the program is growing, and this role exists so more women get the support they deserve while Nicole stays focused on delivering world-class coaching and clinical care.

You'll be the person running the enrollment show to make that happen — every call you book and every client you enroll directly changes a woman's life after cancer.
